Genna Zaiman is Managing Director, Real Estate Origination for Obra Capital. She brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with deep understanding in originating and structuring nationwide debt transactions, joint venture equity investments, and distressed debt acquisitions. Prior to joining Obra Capital, Ms. Zaiman spent 18 years at Silver Point Capital, where she served as a Managing Director and led the firm’s commercial real estate originations. Earlier in her career, she worked at Citigroup. Ms. Zaiman holds a B.A. from The George Washington University.
