Colleen Kilfoyle is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Counsel of Obra Capital. Ms. Kilfoyle leads the firm's regulatory strategy and is responsible for enhancing Obra's compliance monitoring infrastructure and technology capabilities, building out the compliance team to support the firm's continued growth, and reinforcing Obra's commitment to its investors and counterparties as the platform expands into new strategies, products, and geographies. Prior to joining Obra in 2026, Ms. Kilfoyle was Executive Managing Director and Partner, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Litigation & Regulatory Counsel at Sculptor Capital Management where she spent more than a decade directing compliance, legal, and regulatory functions. In addition to her compliance leadership, Ms. Kilfoyle spent seven years overseeing all firm and fund litigation, enforcement matters, and regulatory inquiries at Sculptor. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kilfoyle practiced as a litigation associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP.
Ms. Kilfoyle holds a B.A. in History from Boston College and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
